Always driven by the wellbeing of others and my great curiosity about human behaviour, I migrated from a social worker course to psychology and people management.
I have a passion for people and more than twenty years of corporate and business experience related to human resource management in several companies in different sectors of activity and leadership positions.
I have a degree in psychology, I am certified in coaching, cognitive and behavioural therapy and I have vast executive mentoring practice.
I love a good conversation; I have a restlessness for always learning and creating a new page in my life. I am from the north of the country and so I am very direct and pragmatic.
I founded HealthyChange in April 2020 because of the pandemic that we were experiencing and I thought about the welfare of those who want a personal and professional transformation process.

My job is with clients who wants to have an active and responsible role in their individual process, in solving their personal, interpersonal and professional issues, through a training of new skills. Therefore, my approach implies a short-term model of no more than 6-8 months.
